Privacy

RANNTA PQ Cloud processes the minimum account, project, security, billing and operational data required to provide the service, protect the platform from abuse, verify prepaid payments and maintain auditability.

What we process

• Account email address and password hash.
• Project identifiers, plan and entitlement state.
• API-key hashes, prefixes, status and last-used time. Full API secrets are returned only when created or replaced and are not stored in recoverable form.
• ML-DSA-65 public keys, fingerprints, policy data and verification/audit metadata. PQ private keys must remain customer-side and must never be uploaded.
• Risk and rate-limit identifiers derived from request metadata to reduce Free-plan abuse and automated attacks.
• Wallet addresses, payment intent data and public blockchain transaction information for prepaid USDT purchases.
• Information you voluntarily include in Custom / Enterprise requests.

Security and retention

Operational and security records may be retained as needed for service integrity, billing, fraud prevention, incident response and audit history. Public blockchain transactions are independently retained by their underlying networks.
